Summary
Aoi returned to his hometown of Kazegaura, where a gentle breeze blows through the streets, having lost his direction in life. On the hill lined with windmills, he met a wheelchair girl Kotori and watched the gliders overhead in awe. With his childhood friend Ageha in tow, they resurrect the soaring club in order to fulfill a childhood dream: to fly on a glider plane...
Set in Kazegaura, a suburb in Japan, just outside of Tokyo, 'If My Heart
Had Wings' is an animated visual novel bringing forth a passionate,
youthful and dream filled high school life story. Aoi Minase returns
with shattered dreams to his wind-swept hometown of Kazegaura. There,
atop a hill lined with windmills, he encounters a wheelchair-bound girl,
Kotori Habane, and a beautiful, white glider soaring through the sky.
Together, they decide to revive their school's defunct Soaring Club in
order to ride the "Morning Glory", a phantom cloud carried on the wind
that blows across Kazegaura. This is a tale of youth, a tale of boys
and girls who loved the sky.
It's because I can't fly that I want to fly.

Through meeting Kotori, he begins getting back the passion he once had and pushes forward. |

Because she transferred to Keifuu Academy for the simple reason that she is unable to move her legs and Keifuu Academy is completely barrier free, she has no interests in classes which teach specialty fields. Because of this, she is completely cut off from her those around her. |

| A fashionable, cheerful, beautiful young girl who has a playfully flirtatious air about her. As she is good with her hands, she belongs to the Robotics Club but will soon join the Soaring Club. She once had feelings Aoi, and despite being confessed to by Aoi she rejected him. She might even like him now. After five long years, they will meet again. |

| Asa is a girl with a bright and warm atmosphere. She can be a little clumsy, and a bit of an airhead but even those values are attractive. Asa, who can get along with anyone, helps others get along with each other as well. With her sister Yoru, they provide their secret base as a garage for the glider. |

| Rather indifferent about others, and a bit of a nihilist. A cool personality, with her head up in the clouds. She tries not to get close to others but is emotionally attached to her twin sister Asa. Because she is a genius and does not like doing pointless things, she is rather pessimistic in regards to the Soaring Club. Her grandfather is the chairman of the school which Aoi and the others attend. |

| A tall, gorgeous, and very stylish girl. When quiet, she is beautiful and seems kind, but she can be somewhat of an airhead. She is the sole member of Keifuu Academy’s Soaring Club. She continues to enroll in school even after many years in order to complete the self-built glider for her best friend. Although a genius, she can be quite clumsy so things are not going so well. |

| An adult in the same age of Amane and Hibari. He is a kind man and like an older brother to the main cast, is working in his family's factory and he helps to gather materials for the glider. |

| The vice president of the Student Council. She is very serious about rules of the school, becomes elected as the council president later on. She seems a bit interessed in Aoi. |

| The best friend of Amane Mochizuki. She promised her to take her up on the Morning Glory but it never happened due to an accident. She hides the fact that she has a frail constitution from her friends. |
| Shigure Kanako - 時雨 佳奈子 |

| Third year student at Keifuu Academy and resident of Flying Fish Manor dormitory, Kanako is a very beautiful girl though she is a very lazy person--much to Aoi's chagrin, she likes to walk around in the dormitory only in her underwear. When she is interested in something, it doesn't take much time for her to get bored. |

Restoration Patch?
The VN is fully translated in english by Moenovel.
In Moenovel's release (+18) Content was deleted, because
they wanted to sell this as an "All-Age Version" an focus on a wider audience

How Does it Work?Basically it takes the (+18) Content removed from japanese Pulltop's release and put it translated into Moenovel's one.
so that way you can have the full VN as the original japanese release
What you have to know about the Restoration Patch
- It's your decision if you use the Restoration Patch or not.
- The patch only translates removed (+18) Content. Moenovel's release is fully translated ("All-Age Version")
- Patch is not 100% accurate sometimes, and has some translation problems.
- Actually this patch is currently on V.1 so a V.2 will be released at some time. V.2 will correct the whole VN (including Moenovel's Translation, but sadly it won't be soon ...)
- If you use the Restoration Patch. at some times it'd be better guess the meaning by hearing what the characters say, it helped me a lot when the dialogues wasn't clear,
